Their doseages are not too bad. People forget that chemical tolerance actually varies throughout the time of day or day of the weak. Because of this when someone gives you a "dose guide" it is literally just guided by vibes most of the time. I am not kidding. You get a bunch of people and if they say a particular dose amount gives them good vibes it gets parroted. It almost has nothing to do with actual chemical method of action.

Micro dosing LSD became quite a fad among programmers few years ago.
Yeah, from my experience it does give your a slight edge. Like a strong coffee that lasts full day or a mild stimulant, but without the side effects and will not make the fatigue go away if you are already tired. But do not keep your expectations too high, it's just that, a slight edge, bordering on placebo in terms of cognitive performance.
And of course that's just a micro dose. On a full dose you will struggle with reading code or using computer altogether, like the other anon said.
