All software has a problem of user resistance to updates. 4o was a major milestone for AI and marked a huge surge of usage growth, especially for its excellent multi-modal capabilities. I deal with this in my everyday working in a financial firm. Any major revisions are preceded by heavily-signaled open betas, and old versions are made available with a notification that they will go away soon.

A lot of devs may be too Indian to understand this.
