im scared theres gonna be ads that sneak through so i enabled all the filters. are there any downsides to doing this? like the cookie blocking filter is really nice cuz it clicks reject for you

Yes. It's pretty easy to measure on sites that are really heavy but popular enough that the default filters have pretty good coverage on them. Examples reddit, youtube, pornhub, facebook, github, etc. With that said I'd rather have consistent slight latency over any ads. Enable some beefy third party lists like web annoyances ultralist and fanboy complete merged

If you have a lot of tabs open it will tank your performance running ubo, let alone any filters. Gorhill is a faggot
