Nixos is almost abandonware at this point, they were like two week from releasing the new version months ago and unstable still didn't have the latest gnome release, that was already in the .1 or .2 version that comes out like a month or two after release.
It's really telling how everything went to shit when they ousted the only people who cared about the distro, and then proceed to have the most utterly fascistic forum that you can have where appearing right to mao is a bannable offense.
