This line is stupid, because it always assumes the definition of 18+ or unmonetizable remains as it is. Even if it wasnt intentional, poorly written law could result in the definition of 18+ content suddenly including political debates, news about violent crime, criticism of the current government. You are giving the government and big tech a shotgun pressed to your forehead, and then going “well, I haven’t been shot yet, so why should I care?”
