Once you have an enclosure or cable to plug in your drive with, make sure to take into account that if it's been laying around unplugged for a long time, there's no way for SMART data to tell how deteriorated the drive is. SMART data is collected while the drive is running only. Crystaldiskinfo cannot ensure a dusty shelf-rotted drive is healthy.

That isn't 200 pending sectors... the raw value is the number that the amount of pending sectors. Which is in hexadecimal. pic related.
The amount of pending sectors is actually 33. Still pretty bad. It is failing and that number will only rise.
