Same reason Tesla self driving car didn't take off, modern AI doesn't have an acceptable error rate for 'set and forget' tasks in the real world. The cope with Tesla was more data = problem solved, but it never was solved. Now LLM companies are chasing the same problem with the same flawed solution.
