This version introduces two big changes to the power manager.
One, the power manager no longer handles Xorg screen saver settings, so your screen will go black unless you disable the feature elsewhere (xset, xorg.conf, xfce4-screensaver, etc.).
Two, the power manager's user config database has been changed in a way that breaks the sleep timer. Settings will not be respected until you delete ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-power-manager.xml and reconfigure.
