Dreading finding a replacement for my Galaxy A52s 5G 128/6 when it finally dies. Needs to have a headphone jack, amoled and NFC. The chipset needs to at least be as good as the 778G and with no heating issues. I mainly read books/manga on it and play some games that don't run/work well on my Chromebook. I prefer snapdragon for compatibility and because my experience with exynos has always been negative.

They're fine. Bigger screen is always better but realistically you only get one page slightly larger because of the additional width. The aspect ratio is not quite wide enough for a proper double page spread and usually ends up overall smaller than single pages on a regular screen.

If Apple made an iPhone 17 Pro Mini with the 5.4 or 5.8 inch form factor and slim bezels (and pro features) that would be the perfect phone, maybe second to a potential Galaxy S26 Ultra Mini with an S-pen and the Ultra cameras, but 5.8 inches as well.

In my experience, single pages fit pretty comfortably on Mihon, especially if you crop the black space. The Fold 7 is a lot more square than previous Fold screens though.
The narrow cover screen on the older Folds is also pretty ideal for webtoons too.

Shut up man it's a solid choice, saying that as not that anon. The main concern is manga. The screen is high enough res to enjoy the pages in full, it's 256/8 so you can quickly scroll and store plenty high res comics (plus watch stuff).
Only downside is not amoled but getting amoled would mean either forgoing the snapdragon for a shittier brand SoC or paying too much for a galaxy tablet when you just want mana mainly. Foldables are the worst and have extremely fragile screens that wear out anyway.
