Exactly. Nobody cares about huge graphical glitches as long as performance is fine. AMDrone thread.

When will you learn to upload video with sound?

Anyway it happened with the release of the 5000 series because Nvidia switched off buffering frames to accommodate multi-frame-slop in combination with their smaller teams, like their Game-Ready driver team, being mostly new blood because a lot of their senior employees retired off of stock equity. Nvidia software also still requires Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling, which is flawed and causes nonstop crashing on any vendor. It's honestly insane that the best Nvidia UX today is a 30-series card with HAGS turned off and Lossless Scaling supplementing frame-gen and Latency FleX replacing Reflex.

They are only bad on Windows. They're at least usable on Linux as long as you're in a Wayland session.

A few years ago... maybe 5. But you can remove a lot of the bloat using cleanstall (created by TechPowerUp specifically for this).

When gaming's record breaking quarter made less money than Nvidia selling ethernet cables? Are we seriously having this discussion? Do you think valuable people are still working on geforce? lol lmao even.
