The screen stops working after a year or two because the moisture in the air dissolves the glue. Also the memory bus speed is crazy tiny so if the working set for whatever you're doing doesn't fit in cache it's FUCKING SLOW.

Otherwise it's a pretty fantastic piece of hardware. I was a huge fan when I carried mine.

Glad I didn't buy one. I only ever bought a pinecil and my cheap noname soldering iron from a garage sale puts out more heat.

That projects was doomed at launch and it became a shitfest. I know two people who bought it and they didn't use it for more than a couple of months before finally giving up.
That shit hardware was never going to be even usable, they used the "open source will make it better long term". I am waiting for a real linux phone but PinePhone was always a shit option. It's the same for all of their products.
