This is apparently not only a Wikipedia editor but it made a bunch of completely unexplained reverts to edits of mine, and its own contributions are seemingly nothing but edits to video game and manga articles. I'd assumed this was a bot judging by the amount and frequently of edit reverts it made but it may actually be a real person.

I've never been able to figure out the rules there it's completely inconsistent what gets reverted and what doesn't.

Not the OP but I checked and this editor has an obsession with reverting edits for "unsourced/improperly cited material" and also apparently gets triggered when someone edits an article and doesn't explain the reason for the edit. I'd call it an OCD issue.

all mediawiki wikis have a recent changes section, ostensibly to prevent someone from shitting up an obscure article completely undetected but wikiautists will literally refresh the recent changes page to find edits to revert (for free)
