are there code written in rust inside chrome? I heard google took inequalities seriously, but why doesn't chrome go downhill like firefox does? what's the difference?

How do I migrate from Chrome without losing all my extensions and stored logins? I just had to do another retarded workaround today to get uBlock to work by manually installing it but I know they will patch it again just like they did with the regedit method
