The only one I know of is that small jellyfish that instead of dying, reverts back to its juvenile form. But how do we know for sure that it can keep doing that forever? And then there are some animals that are supposedly immune to cancer, like sharks and lobsters. Greenland sharks can live for 500 years, some whales 200 years, swans and tortoises almost 200 years. Impressive, but not immortal. Even trees die eventually. The only thing that seems to escape this rule is fungi, which some people consider an animal.
