Lol That was a wild ride. Do you eat a lot of bread? Its sort of a staple in my culture, white bread generally/baguette type stuff. We dont really go for fancy breads or whatever, just a crusty loaves with butter, or some panella bread is fine. I would suggest starting with a prompt that defines the style, era, genre, system, and even game franchise, then describe the scene and how it is to be viewed.
For picrel the prompt was

and the negative prompt was

If I keep the prompt mostly the same but change the location and other details it usually stays true to the style specified.
The model I am using for these is SDX-Flash, which has a pretty good knowledge of older retro games and consoles.
Another thing I am doing to get a more defined pixelart style is to do another pass of the base gen, at the same resolution and seed, at about 0.5 denoise. It makes the image a bit crunchier, but has more defined lines when converted to pixels, which I do by downscaling and upscaling.
I'm glad you like the images, and I'd be curious to hear more about your game. I think making some kind of rpg might be a fun project, too.

I haven't played that game so I took a look at some gameplay footage, and in some of the high speed sections it is quite a pronounced effect.
It doesn't really make sense for there to be star trails in front of a nearby planet, it looks more like glowing space dust or the ship is being fired upon.
That shows up in a few of the gens I've made, maybe wan was partially trained on footage from that game.

I've built quite a rep in my game so far fighting bandits and putting down uprisings for cities and getting into it with various armies. no real goal, just the fun of what i'm doing until I get bored and switch over to dynasty warriors 8 empires for a bit to goof off beating up bandits and raiding forces nations.

It turns out looping videos might not be as difficult as I imagined. Instead of generating 2 videos and blending them, all you need is a single input image as the first and last frame.
I'm not sure why it didn't work the first time I tried it, maybe I hadn't prompted for the correct motion to take place in between.
