You won't actually get a call back. These are positions purposefully hidden so that these niggers can claim that they had the job posted for a long time and no qualified American applied for it, so they need to hire Rapekenj Patel, who is the only qualified person in the world. Literally just make up a resume that makes you look qualified. If they receive applications, then they cannot claim to the US government that Mr Patel is the only saaar for the job.

H1B doesn't require PERM, that's for EB2 and lower green cards. but yeah, if jeets want to stay past 6 year period they need to chuck a green card application in and *that* requires PERM (or EB1/EB2-NIW which they generally don't qualify for)
