Split keyboards are a necessity for typing on tablets. iPads have had them for 15 years, yet no Linux DE offers this feature.

Lol, there's like a single tablet model that have full hardware support and it used by 2 autists.
It would be much more useful to have gesture typing keyboard because typing sensor keyboards are cancer

why is b on the right side? if you had your fingers on the home row keys then moved them down 1 row then b would be next to your left index finger. nobody presses b with their right index finger thats simply wrong

I use my right index finger for b.
if you angle your hands inward b is equidistant to both index fingers.
And since I type dvorak (so it's actually x for me) I prefer to use my right hand as the left hand will type the next (most likely) vowel letter.
