I used to change distro regularly, but now Ubuntu 25.04 is my home.

I've been on Mint for over a week now. In the past, I've always gone back to Windows by this point. I think I'm going to make it this time.

How is snap life? Snap ruined Ubuntu for me. If they stuck to being Fedora lite but Debian, they could've won. But now Fedora won. Gg.

I don't notice anything bad about snaps. I just download stuff from the snap store and it works, only "issue" is that there aren't snap versions of some things I like, such as Heroic Launcher or Proton QT up

I actually used Arch Linux for years, something like seven or eight years. I switched to Ubuntu a year ago and I can actually use it like Windows now, that is to say without tinkering things here and there.
Well, I do tinker some things but I only do that once at installation time.
I do miss the AUR for some things (the Firefox global menu bar...) but overall it's great.
(I use Ubuntu 24.04 LTS though, I'm not crazy.)
