Sec+ is the only cert from Comptia worth anything imo.

Comptia shit is near useless outside of extreme entry level. I got a bunch of them just because, and the only ones half decent were CYSA and Linux. The rest will qualify you for help desk. CCNA is the start of the worthwhile certs. I honestly think every IT professional should take the CCNA. /g/ consistently fails at basic networking knowledge, it's hilarious.

Are any of these worth it to land a job or do I need a CS degree or some shit? I'm a hobbyist programmer (mostly C#) and former Apple Tech support iOS & Mac. Tho I don't mind trying other fields like networking and such. Any recommendations?

In IT? Worth it for at least getting your foot in the door or getting promoted to mid level. In CS? Absolutely not worth it unless you're working in a particular type of development like devops or SRE.
