fedora is basically a "static" snapshot of rawhide (otherwise known as the most unstable piece of shit in the planet).
Why wouldn't you use something like centOS streams supplemented with flatpaks for a more professional, and stable, experience.
All assuming you really wanna use redhat products ofcourse.

I tried using Rocky Linux KDE and it has bugs I've never had with Fedora:
Changing keyboards layout with Alt+Shift only works if I press Alt first
Logs are broken in the Autostart menu where you put custom programs upon login
Clearing clipboard history with keys doesn't work either
Kdump is still enabled taking my RAM even though I disabled it during install.
Just stick with Fedora.
