I wish but this shit has been going on for over a quarter of a century and tech employee groups have been filing complaints the entire time, just to have them ignored. Pretty much the only lawsuits that have worked have been those about caste, where one group of Indians were mad that another group of Indians discriminated against them. In that case, sometimes it actually goes to court. But white workers filing complains against anti-white hiring is always ignored.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't file complaint. It helps support the case against the system even if your individual complaint gets thrown into /dev/null like they have for decades.
It was maybe 15 or 20 years ago when a tech workers group were able to scrape together enough money for a 30 second Super Bowl ad to tell the public about what is going on. No one cared. The public didn't give a shit. The government didn't give a shit. Tech companies didn't give a shit. What seems to be changing things is that the number of Indians in the US is starting to impact normies. Not due to jobs or discrimination but due to Indians being abhorrent creatures that are spilling out of their containment zones. One Indian housing developer in Texas has gotten so arrogant that he openly advertised one of his developments as "Indian Only". It's the same old tale of a non-white group demanding access to whites but also the right to have their own private area just for their particular group.
