I've been looking into the IT field and most videos are black guys. I find that a bit odd, in terms of sheer volume of content on tiktok it's mostly black guys providing advice on tiktok. On YouTube it's 100% white guys.

Because it’s not worth it…all it is dealing with the stupid people at work all day and GRC is just busywork paper pushing that no one actually cares about. In fact, most jobs are busy work paper pushing in which people do more work justifying their jobs such as submitting metrics to leadership than doing their real jobs.
