if you get occupied by another nation and they start searching (they want to interrogate you) for potential resistance members how do you protect yourself digitally speaking?

Don't have anything incriminating on electronic devices.
If you encrypt them they will either use it as "proof" you are doing something bad, or they just threaten/extort you or just put a blowtorch to you until you comply.
Just in general do not have a electronic footprint that in any way includes anything linking to the resistance.

True, but if it's at that point there is absolutely nothing you can do about that except not ever getting suspected.

Comes in, if they never suspect you (or even better never know you exist) they can't frame you.
Even better, do not have a electronic footprint at all, because you can't control what some friend of a friend posts that might cause everyone within x degrees of separation to become suspects.
Of course all of this isn't a long term plan, sooner or later you will get flagged just by walking past the wrong person on the street.
You need to have a plan to either flee the country or actually join the resistance.

Depending on the country there will possibly have been a nuclear strike and you are worried because you survived becaue you were way outside any of the metropoles. In that case you should be more concerned with just surviving.
