Do you use UPSs? I have 2 because my apartment is old and the power shuts down sometimes when too much stuff is plugged in.

whole house UPS with solar and auto start backup generator. it's disturbing how much it trips over just dirty power.

Thank you for making this thread, I had one for a while now and decided to make a home server, I was worried about linux but then learned about NUT, opensource and works with most cyberpower systems.
It's pretty great and I use my pi to shut everything down after a outage and once the power is back on everything boots because of bios setting.
I just like something vetted handling sending shutdown signals to my devices.

Same here.
But it trips over because the inverter is overly sensitive for slight frequency anomalies, that you would otherwise never notice.
