I've no idea, but I've heard people describe it as a fluctuation in the aether, whatever that means. There's a smart man named Eric Dollard I believe, who's been researching this stuff for decades, look him up on Youtube. Also Ken Wheeler (Theoria Apophasis on Youtube).

I went to /sci/ once to discuss electromagnetic pollution and they acted like I was talking about magic. I doubt they know anything about electricity beyond what is written in their textbooks.
