Okay, I didn't play this particular implementation of the pipe game, but where should the water flow to? Or will it eventually give sink tiles in the left hand side? Also on the cross, does the water come out on the three exits like flood fill or would it go straight and then later you'd go around and come the other way, because it's like two straight unconnected pipe but the pic don't show it?

Clear water through the number of pipes indicated in the top right corner of the screen.
In this case it would be 16 pipes to place down and clear, then you can end it any way you want or just keep clearing the most you can for bonus points. The water also gets faster I think as the game progresses.
