Did I hex Lord Havock?
Some time ago, when I was working on the imprisonment feature in my fork
of Quake, I also added,
an optional (for the server admin to set) castration feature:
such that a player could brutally castrate his opponents when torturing them
in the torture chambers; thus increasing the yeild in the Dark Ritual spell,
should it be performed.
This was ment simply as an optional feature.
Infact, one night some time later I was asked if my game had such a feature,
out of the blue, so as to replecate a medeval HBO show; and I was able to
answer "yes, if the server admin enables it" (asked at my cousin's at christmas or easter dinner)
Some time later I learn Lord Havoc went and had his dick and balls sliced
clean off to become "Lady Havoc"; and now has banned all loco-for-loli pedos
like Meriticia Kitsune, Jeremy Bicha, and Richard Matthew Stallman from
working on his quake fork. (which he calls "darkplaces" and pretends is something more than Quake)
I know Quake worships at the gates of hell, and the meteoric rise in fortunes
of John Carmack condition preceedent being Quake, is interesting.
Did I inadvertantly hex Lord Havock?
I meant only to add a feature to a fun game, one of many.
Marry little girls.
