>nvme has been stuck at 8tb for 5 years now
technological progress has stalled
Anonymous No.106340698 >>106340732 >>106340763 >>106341028
The average user neither needs nor wants more than 8tb in nvme. Enterprise, who *does* need and want bigger flash storage, has a more robust formfactor in u.2, and THAT has been getting into the hundreds of tb ranges.

You're not average, anon. Why do you think you need more than 8tb of nvme, when you could just as easily slam a 30tb spinner in your machine for half the cost of that current 8?

I asked you why you think you need it. I didn't say you don't. If you're desperate for more, get a mobo with bifurcation and a 4x nvme pcie card
