That relies on someone else watching the video first so that the time codes can be transmitted to the sponsorblock server, and that's going to require the first user to have watched the ad and then be pissed enough to set them so that other people don't have to deal with it.
So not everything you watch will necessarily have their ads labelled by sponsorblock
