I wouldn't mind GPL licenses stayed within their bounds, but they infect projects like a cancer. Maybe other people want to use different licenses for various reasons, but GPU/assholes have to inject their ideology beyond their code. Like it ridiculous that plugins to a GPL application must be GPL too. That makes no fucking sense. It's an API. If someone were to develop a program with an identical API, then suddenly it would be allowed to make plugins for GPLd programs that are not GPL. Every GPL application that can do plugins is waiting for a theoretical application with a freer license in this case. It's retarded.
