Nothing, a pass wont prevent a ban.

All a pass is really helpful for is cooldown timer reduction and if your ISP uses CGNAT and someone on your ISP has gotten the entire IP range banned, a pass user can still post, though individual IP bans will still be handed out and if you're a pass user that's constantly getting those IPs banned, they'll probably revoke your pass eventually if it becomes obvious you're just using it to ban evade on a range banned IP range.
