What are some ways of finding these hidden job openings?

You're not going to get hired, they'll waste your time and show you around and give you 6 rounds of interviews before ghosting you and document how every single applicant was unqualified so they can get the legally allowed maximum amount of H1-Bs that year, this is literally what HR is being paid to do.
