What percentage of zoomers do you think would be able to code anything meaningful that works if you deny them LSPs and AI and only leave search engines and docs?

I would be fine, personally. LSPs are just a protocol for intellisense which is a bit better than flipping back and forth between doc pages (depending on the language)
I don't use AI to write code at all

I wrote a fraction of an IBM 5060 emulator (CPU logic, 8259 logic, rough CGA-to-SDL2 logic) in C with no LSP and just the original manuals for each of those chips
Had a big conky (another zoomer pit maneuvered my mom and I off the highway) that had me out of commission for any brain work for a couple months and now I cant be fucked to finish it, I'll probably tinker with my De10-Nano next
