Getting "filtered" by snaps is getting filtered by a screwdriver with no head: you're using a fundamentally broken tool and expecting it to work as a functioning tool would. That being said, you're moving in the wrong direction; you should be installing Debian, not a random FOTM distro based off Ubuntu.
