What problem do they solve that no other provider can solve? Is it just ddos protection? Why is it so hard to protect from ddos attacks and why is Cloudflare the only one that can solve it?

They have near unlimited bandwidth somehow which they utilize to protect from DDOS, offer fast CDN, no egress fees on s3 storage, and so on.

They probably organize the DDoS attacks themselves, doesn't surprise me with how ruthless they are over making people go from business plans to enterprise plans.
