Mouse tracking general

How do you feel knowing that all websites can and do record all your inputs, including mouse clicks, mouse movement, every single keystroke, including what you type into any text field, the timing of every event, both on desktop and mobile?
They can watch a replay of your browser screen as you move the mouse around, how far you scroll, and the replay matches the timing of the inputs. Even if you type something in a text field, it gets recorded, they can see every single letter you type and then you delete.
If you type your real name somewhere by mistake and you delete it immediately immediately, it's too late, they know.
Every time you write a 4chan post, they can watch a recording of your screen as you type.
Website admins can watch a replay of your web visit from start to finish, across all webpages.
Most websites have meta and Google ad trackers, which I'm sure records and sends all mouse tracking information to Big Data so these companies can now track the timing and the mouse movements of your entire internet session across different websites. And on mobile they do the exact same tracking.
I asked normies IRL and of course nobody either knows or even cares.
I know there are ways to block mouse tracking and fingerprinting, but my question is:
How do you feel about this and who allowed this to happen?
