For God's sake, just download the project, go to the main folder, then install the make command, then type "make", enable developer mode on a Chromium-based browser and drag the "uBlock0.chromium" folder (located on "uBlock-mv3-master\dist\build\uBlock0.chromium") onto Chromium.
