100% of removed Kontext loras were removed for violating CivitAI's own specific TOS policy against loras that are solely intended to facilitate "real person" NSFW. How could we possibly know ? It's not as if Civitai or Huggingface says why they remove things.

But here is an interesting timeline, someone uploaded a Kontext undress lora, it was removed from Civitai, a couple of hours later it was reinstated by Civitai with a disclaimer that said you can't use this on real people, then hours later it was removed again, for good.

It would make no sense for this line of events unless Civitai was being put under external pressure.

Is there a method to animate silent characters? What about the Lightx2v lora? I've tried the 2.2 lora but i quickly reverted to the 2.1 , it's quite fucked up... spazzed out lightning ,artifacts ,etc.

I tried using qwen, but for anything stylized, chroma with inpaint is just flat out better. You can really feel how rigid qwen is when it comes to styles of any kind in particular. I will take an experimental model any day because you can fix the issues manually.

Thank you for the suggestion but it fails in the same way a lot of them do. I haven't been able to find one that works 100% but I've gotten pretty close by combining the masks from a few and then using that on the image.

I figured I might instead change my t2i/i2i workflow but the style lora I'm using there is heavily biased towards black backgrounds so I can't consistently get a white one even with a white background lora.
