yes.
Try debloating it and neutering some of the services with privacy.sexy.
If you're afraid of manually breaking something then look into AME, or the ameliorated project for windows and apply one of their presets.

As a side note, mint is considered bloat by linux standards. Just to give you an idea of how bad windows is.

mint is based on ubuntu but I'd say they're close.
Honestly so long as your using linux you're good bloat wise. The most bloated linux distros are still light enough for shitty hardware.
But if you need windows for the odd reason we all do, then look into debloating software. Personally like privacy.sexy but other good softeware exists.

Yeah i have shit ton of apps and games on windows and i'm too lazy to migrate everything to linux. think i will keep dualboot whenever im on battery i will switch to mint
