Switch to 4chan XT (using Violentmonkey). It's very easy to set up, just install the extension and then the script from Greasyfork. It's better and actively updated. Also, are you seriously using default Chrome? Why?

Also, I should add that Tampermonkey/Violentmonkey or any such extensions are probably no longer available on Chrome because of Manifest V3. Switch to a Chromium fork like Brave or Vivaldi and install it there.

Works on my machine and I'm on Brave. Installed it like last week. On that note, get Brave, Duckduckgo, or Tor Browser. Considering you want this extension, I say Brave.
