Well, couldn't one take the picture and us AI and a prompt to make a video from it? Maybe use traditional non-AI methods to take out the play button and upscale it beforehand?

It is already happening. I remember one time I was browsing on instagram there was an account with a whole website dedicated to "plug heads" or "teeth heads" or something similar which was AI generated videos of these half-cybernetic men with no eyelids and unhinged mechanical jaws. It was like a weird ARG thing where it was in the future where cybernetics were a fashion thing and these horrific jaw cybernetics were one of them. There was another video which was pretty fucked but played off as darkly comical with a stylised video ad listing in the same vein as facebook marketplace of some guy in his garage trying to get rid of this thing that looked like a boiler but with an LCD panel of a distorted mans face with wires leading from the unit to cannisters with fluid in theem and this deeply corrupted screaming come from speakers of the machine.

A part of me wished I remembered the name but another part of me doesn't.
