I think I fucked something up with my ComfyUI install when I was trying out a bunch of custom nodes yesterday. I went back to my videogen workflow and it's dipping into shared GPU memory making the gens take forever. The memory usage seems to be higher overall.

Any idea what might've caused this?

I have a vague recollection of that, but I don't believe there's any advancement on it for 2.2. The Nunchaku devs are supposedly going to work on wan soon so that should speed it up significantly. Some anime swear by the light2x loras for speed but they tend to just make the output look like 2.1.

I got similar results with both of those. I even tried cranking the learning rate up super high and it did the same thin where the image was barely affected for a while and then imploded. Obviously some people are getting good outputs with both so I must be doing something wrong.

I saw an issue on kohya's github about Blackwell cards not training properly, so maybe that's it.

I genned the Meowscaradas two threads ago. Still have mixed feelings on HD and it's eagerness to slop/blur images, but I'm glad v48 became the base model.

Need some prompt help for an I2V, using the basic Kijai workflow here, for a quick summary, the character always in a side view, revealing one arm and in a royal dress. For some reason, whenever she moves her other arm, it always has some fancy colored glove that just exists then dissipates. I’ve tried targeting that hand with words like “bare” but it always keeps generating a glove, any tips?

What is the best local equivalent of OpenAI's Sora?
I want to be able to put in an input image, then change the camera's position and rotation, or the character(s) pose/composition, but still retain the exact same artstyle and background.

Sora is pretty good at changing the camera location and inferring the background and lighting conditions, but it does not to a good job of retaining the same anime artstyle, and it's censored.

I read Kontext is the local equivalent, but as I understand, it's also heavily censored.

Right now, I'm just creating 25-frame videos with wan to change the shot location, but I feel like there should be a more efficient way. Wan2.2 does a really good job at preserving the original artstyle though, and there is very little censorship.

Another thing I'd like: the ability to upload multiple input images of different characters, and articulate how I want to compose them in the output image.
This is another thing Sora can do, but I'm unaware of any workflow for this on local. As far as I know, wan I2V only works with a single input image.

What's the consensus on training t2i loras on videos? I have animations of a character riding a dick, it seems intuitive to use different frames for training because it's perfect augmentation, provided that I make sure that during training the probability of an image being from any scene is the same.

After the disappointing Qwen experience yesterday testing all the different photography styles I'm messing around a bit and I'm slowly getting closer to replicating something decent.

You can prompt wan as "Y,Z and W are in scene x, then they scatter away from Scene X to take their places in this silly mockup." And provide the mockup as the last frame in a wan last frame walkthrough. Works for many things, doesn't work for some.
May even try the reverse.

if you trained it with musubi, you can use sd-scripts to experiment with resizing the rank of the lora and comparing quality, that's the best way IMO, go big when training then try some resizes on it, as the resize time is faster than re-training

Just got one gen from the lmarena but form what I see:
