Why would anyone need Spotify is beyond me. If you just want a music background play some free with no ads webradios. If you want something specific use adblocked youtube or download.

I asked the same thing once, the reply was related to Spotify being very accurate regarding music recommendation or something like that. I've heard the same thing about YT Music which is why it's the great competitor of Spotify or at least that's how I understood the entire thing, might be wrong, I don't use either.
And, the usual 'I just got used to it, I don't feel comfortable switching to something else' part.

This. Why go trough the hassle of bluetooth when you can just put a CD in your stereo. Then, you also don't have to care about "not available in your region", the album not being available at all, the album disappearing or the only available version being a shitty new recording instead of the original.

Send them a letter saying: "Dear Spotify, I'm not interested in innovations of any sort on this platform, so keep the old price and leave me alone."

Hope you've learned your lesson. If you want to support an artist, but it directly from them. The $0.00003 they get from a play is not worth it to them. Or just stop being a faggot and download it.

Stop pushing fake news. Spotify pays out 70% of their revenue to the artists while Apple Music only pays out 52%. Per stream rates depend on where you have subs, how active they are, how many are on the free tier etc.
