this is brick and mortar in general. i'm going to do spark plugs on my car soon. i can go to NAPA, auto zone, advance auto, etc. and pay $20 a plug (assuming they're even in stock) and have the displeasure of seeing minorities in a public setting. or i can just order them from rock auto for $10 a plug.

>order them via the website, set that same store as the pickup location
>30 min later get an email saying my package is ready to be picked up
>meaning they 100% had them in stock
