But there is no money in AI.

As suggested you can run anything those websites offer and more (*) for free using something like ComfyUI.

If you don't have a graphics card with enough VRAM you can also rent server time which is a much better deal than all those AI websites.

I ran small finetuned local shit on my old 3060 build. You wouldn't be able to if you have a shit computer, but you don't need the overpriced Nvidia shit.
Hell you now have mini PCs running AMD integrated graphics that run large LLMs well for under 2k, and good AMD cards under 1k. It's not PROHIBITIVELY expensive but it is pricey.
