Don't remember all the details, but acquiring it legally would require you have connections with one of those microsoft software partner vendors, or whatever you call them
That and you'll have to buy something in bulk alongside it, to meet those thresholds - preferably something cheapiest

They're actually sourced from the MVS/MSDN software repositories, from MS itself, and you should be fine as long as the ISO hash matches with ones from MVS (requires you to actually have an account there just to check info from, but there are various other databases scraping ISO checksums from it)
