the only raspberry i regularly use is this raspberry 2 on my antenna tracker. all it does is translate serial-over-usb to UART via a python script that runs on boot. the serial is telemetry from my FPV drone (from the radio controller, which has the GPS coordinates of the drone) and it goes into the antenna tracker which points the antennas at the drone

if I wanted to make a small mp3 player with an e-ink display, which PI would I have to buy?

I've got 2 pi3 devices. Nothing fancy running, pihole, wireguard and syncthing on both.

Turn any old printer into a network printer with a Zero 2 W. I also want another Pi 5 for video streaming.

Depends on how the display connects to it. The Zero family would be my first guess.

I have a Pi 4 which runs Kodi and Retropie.
Another Pi 4 is installed at my parents' house, running Kodi and HomeAssistant.
