Socket 1366 was amazing, with Intel only coming up with 2011 and its revisions (especially 2011-3 / 2011 v3 ) coming close as far as anything in the mainstream or HEDT setup. I remember going from a i7 920 to start, to picking up an overclockable 6-core Xeon down the line for relatively cheap; don't remember the particular model. OCing over 4ghs all core was easy with decent cooling, and the tri-channel memory and PCI-E lanes were solid. Just having one of the memory slots go out with a broken pin was probably pretty lucky, but it was overall a resilient platform
When I finally updated to 2011-3 and the X99 platform, it lasted an amazingly long time; it was my main rig for gaming and mixed enthusiast use until THIS year. I got a 5960X CPU which, while expensive, was an 8c/16t long before AMD and Ryzen finally broke the common 4 core (and occasional HEDT 6-core top of the line) that Intel had normalized since the Core 2 Quad era. The X99 mobo from Asus, the ROG Rampage V Edition 10 was fantastic, and had the "OC Socket" which as back from the era when Asus was doing something to justify their ROG performance and (at the time slightly) enhanced pricetag. It had MORE pins than was required of 2011-3 and had greater stability and overclocking. I OCed it on AIO to 4.5ghz all core turbo, a 1ghz uplift!

I can understand that. I think its probably a confidence issue and techfiona could get over it the more comfortable s/he gets. Letting your students know that you have some limitations and there's always more to learn is fine, but don't make them question your competence especially if you're competent. This is probably the least obnoxious tranny I've ever seen in a major media position, so I'd rather see improvement/not compromising themselves, to prove you can succeed on YT without making troonism your main focus and calling everyone transphobic all the time they point out a completely unrelated flaw in your content
