In the past years I have come to start swapping out tech for that which can be used fully offline. Now connected more deliberately, such as to interact with bills, services, gov etc.
If I can't use a computer or software without activating it...it isn't real. Same goes for any multimedia stuff. As such, I've been enjoying cd games, carts, dvds, zines and the like.
The phone remains connected at all times, but it is really only used for comms and again apps for bills, services etc.
No regrets.

I spend all day online looking at my screen, reading and watching videos and discussing with others about how to effectively be less online and more offline. I even spent a lot of money on offline hardware and physical media so someday I can maybe not spend a few monthly bucks on subscriptions. Youtube recommends me lots of videos of zoomers trying to live like milleniaals, replacing smartphones with a dumbphones, modding iPods (?) and using paper notebooks.
