Anti Intel Management Engine Setup

I'll faraday cage my bedroom and use my laptop in it, blocking 3G signals going into the Intel Management Engine.
However, I can still do calls and texts, because my phone will just be outside of my room with the ringer on max volume so I can hear it outside of my room while I'm in my room. I shut down my computer before exiting and re-entering my room to use my phone.
I've already gotten my Intel Management Engine hacked into by the NSA to show my computer a "Secure Boot Violation" when I tried to boot TempleOS on bare metal despite me turning Secure Boot off and saving the settings beforehand.
Also, how do I convert _NSAKEY from a rsa1024 public key into a rsa2048 signature to add to signature revocation database (dbx) in secureboot? (_NSAKEY PGP key available on Wikipedia)
